The twins Star Clipper and Star Flyer, the tallest clippers ever built, have main masts rising 226 feet and maximum sailing speed 17 knots under power of the sails. They have only 85 staterooms each and offer a romantique vacation possibility to 170 passengers at a time.

You will not believe me, maybe, but these clipper cruise ships have more outdoor space for passenger than many other cruise ships and they have even 2 swimming pools there. What really shocked me, was the notice that the clippers have libraries with fireplaces!

The Royal Clipper is bigger, has 114 staterooms (14 with private balconies) for 227 guests, 3 pools, spa and a marine platform -for water sports.

What can you do during your vacation on the clippers?
